First Interim Board Meeting

Minutes:

Motion 1: We [TNC Interim Board] create a PAC that explicitly states its ideology as it related to democratic political transhumanism and political transhumanist thought in the United States.

Motion 2: That official voting criteria for official voting in the TNC is open to American citizens registered with the TNC.

Motion 3: Voting will be held to email sent forms (i.e. survey monkey etc.) moving forward.

Motion 4: We [TNC Interim Board] set up a TNC wiki that includes a draft charter for public review.

Motion 5: Board members are required to give notice if they will not be able to attend board meetings.

Motion 6: We [TNC Interim Board] post a draft charter and by-laws on the wiki for open community comment.

Motion 7: We [TNC Interim Board] schedule a TNC board meeting in two weeks.

Motion 8: We [TNC Interim Board] table fundraising.
