Randal A. Koene is a Dutch Neuroengineer and Neuroscientist.
Randal is most famous among transhumanist circles for his work on mind uploading technologies such as whole brain emulation.
He is also the co-founder of CarbonCopies, a non-profit organisation related to the work on substrate independent minds or SIMs for short.
