Styling of the title

Looking at their website, I see the abbreviation nearly everywhere, and the long form in very few places. And it's the same with the footer from IEET mailing list emails, which ends as follows, "ieet mailing list - ieet@ieet.org - https://mailman-mail5.webfaction.com/listinfo/ieet" --David W.
