The Avengers is 2012 science fantasyfiction directed by Joss Whedon (Agents of Shield).
Plot
When Loki - the evil brother of Thor - captures alien technology named the "Tesseract" the fate of Earth is at stake.
Nick Fury (played by Samuel L. Jackson) recruits a team of heros in order to stop him from unleashing unmeasurable amounts of chaos.
Fury puts a team together who would become known as the Avengers. The Avengers are: Iron Man, Captain America, The Hulk, Thor, Black widow, and Hawkeye.
