The Blue Zone: Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who've Lived the Longest is a 2008 book by Dan Buettner with longevity strategies based on lifestyles of people who live in what the author calls 'Blue Zones': places where people tend to live especially long lives. Later editions of the book have variations on the title, such as The Blue Zones and the subtitle 9 Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who've Lived the Longest.
