Total Recall
Total Recall is a science fiction movie directed by Paul Verhoeven and starring Arnold Schwarzenegger (Terminator).
The movie is based on a story written by Philip K. Dick.
Plot
Douglas Quaid (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger), a bored construction worker in the year 2084 dreams of visiting the colonized Mars. He visits "Rekall," a company that plants false memories into people's brains, in order to experience the thrill of Mars without having to travel there.
When something goes bad during the procedure; Douglas discovers that his whole life is actually a false memory and that the people who implanted it in his head now want him dead.
