Dangerous Things is a Seattle-based biohacking firm started in 2013 that manufacturers or sources manufacturing for biohacking supplies. This can include NFC or RFID cybernetic implants and surgical kits and much more. The company is quoted as saying:
We believe our bodies are our own, to do with what we want. The “socially acceptable” of tomorrow will be defined by boundaries pushed today, and we’re excited to be a part of it.
The CEO is Amal Graafstra but others have been associated with the company including Morgan Redfield, Brian White, Dana Burnibge and Anita Fowler. The company has donated to other transhumanist projects notable the Extreme Future and Technology Conference and is an icon in the Grinder (biohacking) community.
