Technophobe

A Technophobe (Technophobes, plural) are people who have a fear of Technology, either in whole, or in part.

The opposite of a technophobe being referred to as a "Technophile".

A person suffering from Technophobia may display similar, or maybe even more intense symptoms of Neo-Luddism.
